Osteopaths use a hands-on approach, aiming to get you back to your regular lifestyle — fast.

Osteopathy can treat more conditions than you may think – common conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint problems (knee, hip, ankle, shoulder, elbow pain), as well as sporting injuries. Osteopaths use a combination of soft-tissue release, joint mobilization and manipulation, trigger-point release, as well as other gentle techniques. Working with your musculo-skeletal system, they are concerned with muscles, bones, and connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, etc).

Anne-Marie brings to the clinic a structural approach to Osteopathy, focusing on deep tissue work, stretches, gentle adjustments and mobilisation. In addition to providing you with treatment, Anne-Marie will educate you about how to prevent recurrence of your condition, which may involve recommending specific stretches, exercises, or other programs (yoga, pilates, etc.).

Osteopaths treat the cause of your condition, not just the symptoms, therefore you do not need to come back time and time again.

Initial consultation is 45 – 60 minutes – $80.
Subsequent visit is 30 minutes – $65.
